Boy it seems when December hits then all else falls behind! This has been quite a busy time as usual. Want to post just a few photos to catch us up to Christmas. Then will start trying to sort through ALL those photos!

Okay, this one takes a bit of explaining. Yes, that is Nicolas! Yes, that is his principal! And YES he is putting a whip cream pie in his Principal's face!
In November their school fundraiser, Market Day, had a competition to see what class and then what individual could sell the most pies that month. Well, Nicolas tied with a second grade boy. And so they got to put a pie in the face of their very understanding principal. Here is an action shot.
But I need to get the video on here. It is so funny! Although Shawn was laughing while he taped it so not sure but it might cause motion sickness for anyone viewing it. The other little boy did very nice, gentle job going first. But Nicolas caught the words "throw the pie" and he cocked his arm back like he was going to throw a home run. And SMASH!!!! If I was Mr. Schumacker I do believe I would have been a bit fearful watching that come my way.
Luckily their principal has a wonderful sense of humor!
