End of the summer!

No pictures to share today either. Frustrating because today we went to Splash City to end their season and ours. We had a great time. And Nicolas swam and swam and swam without his water wings or his chest floaty. I was amazed at him! Shawn was amazed at him. Lexi was even a bit impressed with her big brother. He just kept going further and further. Head under water and all! I am sure it helped that they had more shallow options of 2 and 3 feet deep water in their pool so that he felt secure in standing if he needed to. But he didn't need to as much as I would have thought! Who knew that our little boy who was so terrified of the water he cried before every Parent/Tot class at the YMCA would turn into a little fish on his very own.

Tomorrow, after dropping them off at Kids First, you better believe this ol' mommy is signing him up for the next level of swim classes! Not letting this progress decline by next summer.

We finished the evening with supper outside at Culver's and of course some more ice cream! May they sleep well tonight! Full tummy and tired limbs.
